- I see Solgar products listed but why can't I purchase them?
We don't stock all of Solgars prouducts but you can still contact us and we will make a special order just for you.
- Can I still place an order for items listed as 'Out of Stock'?
Yes, but delivery time will be longer than normal.
- How long will it be before I receive my order?
Orders placed before 3.30pm will be dispatched the same day by first class post (provided that the item is not marked as 'out of stock'). Orders placed after that time will be sent the next working day.
- I can't see what I'm looking for, are you able to locate it for me?
We will certainly give it our best shot!
- What is your returns policy?
We will be happy to refund or exchange any product within 7 days that is unused and unopened. If the product is defective return it to us for a full refund or exchange including the postage costs incurred.
- I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay by other means?
Yes. You can pay by Credit/Debit Card (excluding American Express), Postal Order, Bankers Draft, Cheque or Cash at your own risk. Just give us a call so that we can arrange it for you.
